Refund policy
Please feel free to give us a shout should you have any doubts or questions before placing your order. We will do our best to help you find the right size and fit.
We hope that you will be very happy with your new Nine Point Mesa items, however, if you change your mind and would like to make a return, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please notify us at joe@ninepointmesa.com within 7 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that only items in their original and re-saleable as new condition will be refunded in full, and those in unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
Once we have received qualifying return items, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at joe@ninepointmesa.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Customers are entitled to 1 free exchange on items excluding any sales, pre-order, or MTO items, for another size or style - if stock permits. If the exchanged items are also returned, the customer is liable for both the shipping costs of the original and exchanged items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that the return label cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
All refund exclude original postage costs.
Duties paid are non-refundable.
