Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order or personalised items may require additional production time, which will be clearly noted on the product page.
International (Outside the United Kingdom):
For all orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping and handling charges, return and exchange shipping fees, and any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or our standard checkout calculations and are payable directly to the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
We are not liable for delays due to customs processing. Please check with your local customs office to understand potential fees and restrictions before placing your order.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight, using Royal Mail International Tracked services.
Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–14 business days for Europe and 7–21 business days for worldwide) and are estimates only. Delays in customs are common and beyond our control.
Important International Disclaimer: The customer is solely responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees (such as VAT or import taxes) levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are payable directly to the delivery agent or customs upon delivery.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate. You can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail website. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and contact Royal Mail with any delivery inquiries once the package is in transit.
Failed Delivery & Lost Packages
If you are not available, Royal Mail will leave a "Something for You" card and will typically hold your item at the local Delivery Office for 18 days.
If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," we will contact you to arrange re-despatch. Additional shipping fees will apply.
For UK orders, if tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbours and your local Royal Mail Delivery Office. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by Royal Mail.
If a UK package is lost in transit (tracking shows no progress for 10 business days past the estimated date), contact us and we will initiate a Royal Mail investigation and work towards a resolution.
For international orders: We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or seized by customs. We cannot refund or replace orders confiscated or lost after leaving the UK.
Returns & Exchanges
UK Returns Policy:
We offer one exchange per order for UK customers, subject to item availability.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our facility.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds for returns are not offered unless the item is faulty or the error is on our part.
If the desired exchange item is of a different value, price differences will be settled accordingly.
International (Outside UK) Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any international orders. All international sales are final.
This policy is due to the complexities and high costs of international shipping, customs, and duties.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, pandemics, industrial action, network disruptions, or delays within the Royal Mail network.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your order will apply.
